Statutory Deadlines for the Deletion of Data:
The legislature has enacted various storage obligations and periods. After these periods have expired, the relevant data is routinely deleted when they are no longer required for the performance of the contract (e.g. insurance, rental and service contracts). Insofar as the data is not affected by this, they will be deleted if the purposes specified in 4 no longer apply.
